We collect personal information in order to provide you access to Bone FitTM webpage, Membership and Course Material. The information provided is used to keep individuals informed on the activities of Bone FitTM and Osteoporosis Canada by providing current information on osteoporosis, programs, services, special events, volunteer opportunities, and surveys.
All personal information is subject to security measures. We will not share your information with any third parties. We do not divulge information to other organizations or people who might wish to access our membership for the purpose of self or product promotion under any circumstances.
We will honour any request you may have to access or review the personal information that you have given to Bone FitTM in the course of your membership.
Cancellation Policy:
If notified 2 weeks prior to the Workshop, an administrative fee of $50 will be charged and remaining course fees will be reimbursed.
If an individual cancels within 2 weeks of the workshop or does not attend the workshop, the course fees will be non-refundable.
